The co-operation contract is a key factor determining the success of the projects managed by MKC. It is based on a preliminary mutual commitment by MKC and the Client to act as co-managers of the project and as jointly responsible for its success.

The Client pledges, in the context of a mission, to appoint one or several members of the staff of his enterprise, the would be internal consultant(s), to form, together with the MKC consultants one and the same project team. The team thus composed covers a wide range of areas of expertise and rapidly becomes a truly successful team focused exclusively on the objectives of the mission under consideration.

MKC pledges, as a counterpart contribution, to transfer its know-how to the enterprise, by training the internal consultants in the skills of consultancy services. The latter staff will subsequently be called upon to ensure the sustainability of the constructions made and the continuous improvement of the systems implemented by the project team.
